Elementary School Challenge Winners Announced

This year, A Cleaner World again offered an opportunity for area elementary schools to be involved in the Give A Kid A Coat campaign through a specially designed coat drive which encouraged parents and students to drop off coats at A Cleaner World stores.  The Elementary School Challenge concluded on Saturday, October 29th, and first place was captured by Caleb's Creek Elementary in Kernersville, second place by Hasty Elementary in Thomasville, and third place by Leaksville-Spray Elementary in Eden.  Each school will receive a donation to their parent-teacher organization.

"Twenty-nine schools donated 970 coats through this special coat drive," said Chris Edwards, President of A Cleaner World.  "We would like to thank all the schools that participated.  Hundreds of children and adults will have a coat this winter because of your donations."
