A Cleaner World provides FREE dry cleaning Home and Office Pick-Up and Delivery Services, the easiest and safest way to do your dry cleaning. Anything you can bring to one of our stores (dry cleaning, shirt laundry, rugs, bedding, wash and fold laundry, and alterations), we can pick up at your front door; you don’t even need to be home.
The prices for dry cleaning and laundry are the same as in stores; there are no minimum order requirements, monthly fees, or delivery charges. Enjoy the same expert garment care, just with FREE Home Delivery. We are in your neighborhood on Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.
How Does Dry Cleaning Home Pick-Up and Delivery Work?
- Sign-up:
- Email your name, delivery address, and mobile number to Delivery@ACleanerWorld.com
- Text us your name, mobile number, and delivery address
- Speak to a representative at your favorite A Cleaner World location
- Call 336-841-4188 and ask to speak to a Home Delivery Specialist.
- After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email that will explain the service in more detail and let you know your area’s pick-up and delivery days.
- If you do not have a credit card on file with us, a service representative will contact you to add a payment method for your cleaning services.
- Your delivery specialist will drop off a starter kit at your home that includes a free garment bag to put your clothes in and a hook for your door. They will also note special instructions and where you would like your finished orders delivered.
- A ‘Pick-Up Request’ text will be sent the evening before your scheduled pick-up.
- ​Fill your bag and have it by your outside door n the pre-determined, weather-sheltered location no later than 8:00am for pick-up. There's no need to be home.
- We pick-up your order and carefully clean your clothes
- We deliver your items back on your next delivery day and attach them to your door hook.
